Cambodia through my eyes-Day 3

image

On the third  day of my journey, I joined my mum and her crew to visit two families , who bought the CERAGEM bed.I was very honored to participate at this visits because not many families from Cambodia or maybe any country, would allow you to see their houses or share their privacy to someone who they see for the first time.

It’s really a life changing experience and for me it definitely had an impact. You feel more thankful for what you have and make you realize what true happiness is like.

I forgot the name of the fruit but It was delicious.Great hospitality.

Besides the environment , I saw a lot of happy faces and colorful things.image

I don’t have pictures from the other house, because I felt it’s a little bit inappropriate to take pictures, even though the families were ok with it.I hope I share at least 20% of what I felt in that day.Even though you see so much poverty , there’s always a bright side that not many people can see it.

Cambodia through my eyes-Day 1

image

My mum is working at a global company named Ceragem. It sells medical devices for spine, using thermo massages with jade and infrared. She is working here for almost nine years.

A few weeks ago , she was announced that she will participate along with few distributors from Ceragem Romania, at a global seminar in Cambodia.I asked if I can come and she said yes.I was very thrilled because I’v never been in Cambodia and I knew from the beginning of this trip that it will be a life changing experience.

We traveled almost 16h (Bucharest-Frankfurt-Bangkok-Phnom Penh).Everybody was exhausted and stressed out because we had some turbulences , but in the end we all made it safe and sound.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, I took a shower, eat and dressed up to explore the city.My mum and I took a cab and walked around the center.I hope you enjoy the pics.

One day in Rome

A pice of art !Feeling  grateful for this opportunity to see the famous Colosseum.A major tourist attraction in Rome and a place full of history.

Before going to the airport for the flight to Bucharest, I noticed  a pig poster with Marlin Monroe  near a door.It caught my attention , so I entered the building and saw that it actually was an pop art exhibition of Andy Warhol’s work.Of course I bought tickets for me and my mum to see the exhibition, and of course It was brilliant. I understood a little bit of his perspective of life and the things he wanted to express thru his paintings, and I was very happy and thrilled because I’ve never thought  I’ll ever have the chance to see the paintings in real life.

Livorno

image

I thought we will never make it to the beach, because we were very busy on our strict schedule in Florence but we did and it and it was awesome.

I’v been in Livorno maybe 4 years ago and I was really excited to go back there because for me , it’s a peaceful place , where you can see so many things like Old Fortress , The Boccale Castle, the view of the southern part of Livorno , etc and also enjoy the sun on rocky coast.

Diary from Venice

image

As I said in the first post, we did a lot of spontaneous trips and I am glad we did. It’s my second time in Venice but for the first time I had the time to walk around , explore it and enjoy the food.My mum said that Venice gives her a nostalgic feeling, and the truth is that it overwhelms you with all the beautiful old buildings , monuments , art and it makes you ask yourself : “How long it will resist ? “

Forever Florence

Such an amazing vacation again in Italy. My mum and I reunited with my aunt and cousin and it was wonderful .We had spontaneous trips , great food, a lot of adventures and of course a lot of fun&wine .

It’s always a pleasure to come at my aunt. She is a beautiful person with great character and a unique personality that captivates you .I would like to thank her for her nice and warm hospitality, for  always being near me when I need her the most and for showing me all the great things around us that ordinary people can’t see.

I missed my dear cousin also. She turned into a beautiful teenager , with a warm soul and with a very creative mind .I love her so much and I’m glad we are close and we understand each other.

Now I will post the pictures that I took on the first and second days of the vacation.
